Newly crowned English Premier League champions Liverpool were hosted by last year's champions Manchester City in the 32nd round of the Premier League, and before the match, City organized a championship corridor for Liverpool.
In the game, however, Man City crushed Liverpool by a score of 4-0.
Liverpool are in the first place of the current Premier League standings—with 86 points, and Manchester City are second—with 66 points. Six rounds remain until the end of the current Premier League Season.
Liverpool have already clinched the Premier League title in the last round.
