Henrikh Mkhitaryan: God distributes opportunities equally to all

Armenian squad and Roma midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan, who is also a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador to Armenia - answered the questions of the children during the live broadcast at COAF Armenia Instagram page.

"There is no secret to becoming a good football player," he said. "You have to be able to deprive yourself of many things, to have a goal, to work."

"I have always said that my goal was to become a good football player, I did not doubt for a second. There have been difficulties, disappointments, but they have lasted for maximum a day, and I have moved forward," he said.

"God distributes opportunities equally to all, but it depends on whether you will use them or not," Mkhitaryan said.

The Armenian football player also noted that the Roma management asked the football players not to leave Italy during the COVID-19 pandemic, as they will have to be isolated for two weeks after returning.

Roma have resumed training this week.
