Leader of Armenian chess Levon Aronian shared his expectations from the World Chess Olympiad 2020 in Moscow.
Levon Aronian, Gabriel Sargsyan, Hrant Melkumyan, Samvel Ter-Sahakyan will represent Armenia.
“We will hold two training sessions. I am happy that Samvel Ter-Sahakyan won the Armenian championship and joined the team. He is one of our talented chess players. We are moving in the right direction,” Aronian told NEWS.am Sport. “We should fight to get into the top three, and we will try to win the Olympiad. I will take part in the Grenke Chess Classic tournament, which will be held in April in Germany. Everyone expects only victories from me, and I really like winning.”
