FC Barcelona President guarantees Real Madrid delegation's safety

President of FC Barcelona Josep Maria Bartomeu has declared that the match with Real Madrid will take place on the scheduled date (December 18).

“The administration of FC Barcelona will take responsibility for Real Madrid’s delegation, but I’m certain there won’t be any problems. The situation in Catalonia is very tense now, but the match will be a real celebration for people,” Bartomeu said, reports Sport.es.

Due to political protests in Catalonia, the FC Barcelona-Real Madrid match of the 10^th round of La Liga has already been postponed once (it was supposed to take place in October).
