Russia has been banned from all major international sporting events for four years by the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA).
The decision was adopted unanimously, and it suggests that the Russia flag and anthem will not be allowed at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games and 2022 World Cup in Qatar, BBC reported.
Russia will have a chance to appeal the decision in the Court of Arbitration for Sport.
