Chelsea will be able to sign new players during the winter transfer window after their FIFA transfer ban was reduced following an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport, BBC reported.
In February FIFA found that Chelsea breached rules involving 69 academy players over several seasons.
FIFA also reduced the fine for the London club from 600,000 to 300,000 Swiss francs (£230,000).
