Manchester City are ready to offer a new deal to forward Raheem Sterling to make him one of English football's highest-paid players .
According to a deal signed just 12 months ago, the English player is earning 350 thousand euros a week.
Manchester City is obliged to raise the wages of Sterling who has attracted interest from Spanish giants Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Sterling appeared in 11 matches to score seven goals and make one goal assist.
