Peter Schmeichel: VAR is ruining our game

Former Manchester United and Denmark legend Peter Schmeichel criticized VAR system as he reacted to Premier League’s Manchester United vs Liverpool match.

“VAR is ruining our game. Stop the madness now,” he tweeted.

“VAR madness it is NOT those 2 decisions I am on about, It’s this doubting every decision in every game. And STILL it is not ‘perfect’ as it was designed to be. I say let the referees referee on the pitch and what happens we accept.”
