Neymar's disqualification time reduced

The Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) has partially granted the appeal of PSG regarding Brazilian striker Neymar’s disqualification.

Neymar was disqualified from three Euro Cup matches for dishonoring the referees during the return match (1-3) with Manchester United in the 1/8 final of the previous season of the Champions League. The Court reduced disqualification time to up to two matches.

Neymar will be able to play during the match against the Belgian Brugge in the third round of the group championship of the Champions League.

He will miss the matches of the first two rounds with Real Madrid and Istanbul’s Galatasaray.
