Barcelona representatives headed to Paris on Tuesday to hold a meeting with the sports director of PSG Leonardo, sport.es reported.
Javier Bordas, member of the Barcelona board of directors, and Eric Abidal, the club's technical secretary, went to Paris.
Barca want to include midfielder Philippe Coutinho in the Neymar deal with 80 million euros.
As reported earlier, PSG removed all references to Neymar from sale.
