David Luiz: I’m excited to start a new chapter of my life at Arsenal

Arsenal newcomer David Luiz spoke about his decision to leave Chelsea and his goals after signing a contract with the Gunners.

“The cycle finished there. It was a conversation between me and Chelsea and everybody. I had an opportunity to come to another big club. In my life, I’ve always liked to do some challenges,” he said in an interview with Arsenal’s website.

“I’m not scared at all to try things. I think not too many players would make this kind of move, they would maybe be scared, or something like that. I’m just trying to do big things in my life, so like I said, my cycle at Chelsea finished and now I’m excited to start a new chapter of my life here.”
