A new charge has been filed against forward for the PSG and the Brazilian national football team Neymar in Brazil. The footballer is charged with cybercrime for posting photos of Brazilian model Nagila Trindade on the Internet without her permission, reports AS. Neymar has testified to the police of Rio.
Trindade had reported the crime to the police of Sao Paulo, charging Neymar with rape that he committed in Paris on May 15.
In Rio, Neymar’s attorney Maira Fernandez declared that the footballer doesn’t accept the charge and is keeping calm.
Neymar and his father declared that Neymar hadn’t raped Nagila Trindade, but the woman declared that the footballer had hit her and tried to start engaging in sexual intercourse with her in the hotel suite.
