Midfielder for the Armenian national football team Marcos Pizzelli received the 2018 Armenian Footballer of teh Year Award, reports the press service of the Football Federation of Armenia.
Pizzelli is recovering from a knee injury and will miss the upcoming matches of the selective tournament for the European championship against the teams of Lichtenstein and Greece.
