Հայաստանի ուժեղագույն հեծանվորդ Էդգար Ստեփանյանը Աստանայում մասնակցել է հրապարակային հեծանվավազքի միջազգային մրցաշարի եւ նվաճել է երկու մեդալ:

Հայ մարզիկն առաջինն է եղել օմնիում մրցաձեւում, իսկ սկրեչում նվաճել է արծաթե մեդալ:
