Հունգարացի Եվա Ռիսցտովը նվաճեց 30-րդ Օլիմպիական խաղերի ոսկե մեդալը լողի կանանց մարաթոնում՝ 10 կմ, բաց ջրում։

Ամերիկացի Հեյլի Անդերսոնը գրավեց երկրորդ տեղը։ Բրոնզե մեդալը նվաճեց իտալացի Մարտինա Գրիմալդին։
