Թաեքվոնդոյի կանանց 49 կգ քաշային կարգում 30-րդ Օլիմպիական խաղերի չեմպիոնի տիտղոսը նվաճեց Չինաստանի ներկայացուցիչ Ու Ցզին-Յույը: Եզրափակիչում նա պարտության մատնեց իսպանացի Բրիհիտ Յագուե Էնրիկեին:
