49 կգ քաշային Դավիթ Հայրապետյանը 30-րդ Օլիմպիական խաղերի ծրագրով բռնցքամարտի մրցաշարի քառորդ եզրափակիչում 19:11 հաշվով պարտության մատնեց թուրք Ֆարհատ Պեհլիվանին:

Ռուսաստանը ներկայացնող Դավիթ Հայրապետյանը դուրս եկավ կիսաեզրափակիչ, որտեղ ուժերը կչափի թաիլանդցի Կաեո Պոնգպրայունի հետ:
