Բադմինտոնի տղամարդկանց զուգախաղում Չինաստանի Կայ Յուն / Ֆու Հայֆենը զույգը 2։0 հաշվով պարտության մատնեց դանիացիներ Մատիաս Բեին եւ Կարստեն Մոգենսենին եւ նվաճեց Չինաստանի 28-րդ ոսկե մեդալը։ Չինացիները մեկ տիտղոսով առաջ անցան ամերիկացիներից։
