Լոնդոնի «Արսենալի» եւ Ֆրանսիայի ազգային հավաքականի հարձակվող Օլիվյե Ժիրուն դարձավ Եվրո-2016-ի առաջին գոլի հեղինակը: Բացման խաղում կազմակերպիչ երկրի հավաքականը մրցում է Ռումինիայի հավաքականի հետ: Հանդիպման հաշիվը բացվեց 58-րդ րոպեին: Ժիրուն օգտագործեց Դիմիտրի Պայետի փոխանցումը: Ընթանում է երկրորդ խաղակեսը:
