Ռուսաստանը ներկայացնող Մարգարիտա Գասպարյանը չի կարողացել հաղթահարել Դոհայում անցկացվող թենիսի WTA շարքի մրցաշարի երկրորդ շրջանի արգելքը: Երկրորդ մրցախաղում 21-ամյա Գասպարյանը 2 սեթում պարտվել է գերմանացի Անդրեա Պետկովիչին՝ 3:6, 3:6: Մրցախաղը տեւել է 1 ժամ 25 րոպե:

Հիշեցնենք, որ առաջին շրջանում Մարգարիտան 6:1, 6:1 հաղթել էր չեխ Կարոլինա Պլիշկովային:
