Ֆրանսիական Le Parisien պարբերականը տեղեկացնում է, որ «Միլանի» նախագահ Սիլվիո Բեռլուսկոնին հաստատեց 27-ամյա Տիագո Սիլվայի տեղափոխության լուրը ֆրանսիական ՊՍԺ ակումբ: Բեռլուսկոնին հայտնել է, որ իտալական թիմն ունի ֆինանսական խնդիրներ, եւ նա ստիպված է վաճառել բրազիլացի ֆուտբոլիստին: Նրա խոսքերով լրացուցիչ 46 միլիոն եվրոն չեն խանգարի թիմին: Բեռլուսկոնին ասել է նաեւ, որ «Միլանի» փոխնախագահն այս օրերին գտնվում է Փարիզում, որտեղ բանակցություններ է վարում:
