Գրոսմայստեր Հրանտ Մելքումյանը երկու տուրից հետո երկու միավարով Բուլղարիայի Ալբենա քաղաքում մեկնարկած «Մեծ Եվրոպա» շախմատային մրցաշարի առաջատարն է: 2-ական միավոր են վաստակել եւս տասը շախմատիստներ, այդ թվում բրազիլահայ Գրիգոր-Սեւակ Մխիթարյանը:

Մրցաշարը կավարտվի հունիսի 9-ին։ Պարտիաների մեկնարկը՝ Երեւանի ժամանակով 16։00-ին։
