10:17 23 դեկտեմբերի, 2024Աշխարհի 145-րդ ռակետ Ժոաո Ֆոնսեկան նվաճել է Պրոֆեսիոնալ թենիսիստների ասոցիացիայի (ATP) տարվա երիտասարդական ամփոփիչ առաջնության տիտղոսը։
Սաուդյան Արաբիայի Ջիդա քաղաքում անցկացված ATP Next Gen Finals-ի եզրափակիչում բրազիլացի թենիսիստը 2:4, 4:3 (10:8), 4:0, 4:2 հաշվով հաղթել է աշխարհի 122-րդ ռակետ, ամերիկացի Լյոներ Թինին։ Մրցախաղը տեւել է 54 րոպե։
ATP Next Gen Finals-ին մասնակցում են ATP-ի դասակարգման աղյուսակում ամենաբարձր վարկանիշ ունեցող մինչեւ 20 տարեկան թենիսիստները։ Մրցանակային հիմնադրամը 2 միլիոն 50 հազար դոլար էր։
