Փարիզի Խաղերի արծաթե մեդալը նվաճեց բրազիլացի Ռեբեկա Անդրադեն (57,932)։ Երրորդ տեղը գրավեց Տոկիոյի Խաղերի չեմպիոն, ամերիկացի Սունիսա Լին (56,465)։
27-ամյա Բայլզը դարձավ 6-ակի օլիմպիական չեմպիոն։ Նա անհատական բազմամարտի տիտղոսը նվաճել էր նաեւ 2016թ․ Ռիոյի Խաղերում։
