Armenian track and field athletes back home - World Indoor Championships in Istanbul

Track and field athletes Amalya Sharoyan (400 m) and Ashot Hayrapetyan (800 m) represented Armenia at the World Indoor Championships in Istanbul.

Sharoyan was the 4th (56.41 sec) among 6 athletes competing parallel. Sharoyan occupied the 21th among 32 participants. 

Hayrapetyan was the 5th among 6 participants parallel and occupied the last place among 36 participants.
