Nilmar transfers to Al Rayyan
17:16 17 July, 2012Brazilian international and Spain’s FC Villarreal striker Nilmar will play for Qatar’s FC Al Rayyan, France Football informs.
The 28-year-old striker underwent a medical examination at Al Rayyan and signed a four-year contract with the club.
To note, Nilmar had moved from Brazil’s Internacional to Villarreal in 2009. In the last season of the Spanish La Liga, the Brazilian played 21 games and scored 4 goals.
Separately, several days ago Argentinean striker Marco Ruben likewise left Villarreal, which was relegated from La Liga, and he will continue his career at FC Dynamo Kyiv of Ukraine.
