Yerevan’s FC Ararat has new manager

YEREVAN. – Former manager Abraham Khashmanyan of FC Gandzasar of Armenia’s Kapan city formally became Friday the manager of capital city Yerevan’s FC Ararat, the latter’s press secretariat informed NEWS.am Sport.

FC Ararat refused the services of former manager Albert Safaryan.
Armenian national football squad’s former striker Tigran Yesayan likewise was among the candidates for FC Ararat’s managerial job, but the Club’s leaders selected Khashmanyan. 

To note, Abraham Khashmanyan had quit the position of FC Gandzasar manager following the eighthround matches of Armenia’s Premier League.    

After fifteen rounds, FC Ararat has a total of 4 points and is last in the League’s current standings.
