Armenian national youth team former member brings victory to his Uzbekistani club

FK Lokomotiv Tashkent defeated at home, and by a score of 2-1, FK Neftchi Farg’ona in the first leg of the 1/8 finals of the Uzbekistan Football Cup. 

And Lokomotiv’s winning goal was scored in the 79th minute by Armenian national youth team former midfielder Zhora Hovhannisyan, who played during the entire game.   

Armenian national squad’s former midfielder Romik Khachatryan likewise played the entire ninety minutes for Lokomotiv.

To note, FK Lokomotiv Tashkent’s manager is legendary Armenian footballer Khoren Hovhannisyan.
