Henrikh Mkhitaryan tells Borussia head coach he is moving to Manchester United
16:22 30 June, 2016Captain of the Armenian National Team Henrikh Mkhitaryan told Tomas Tuchel, the head coach of Borussia Dortmund, that he is moving to English Manchester United.
According to Bild, the 27-year-old midfielder sent a message to the German specialist, reading: “I am moving to Manchester United”.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan’s current contract with Borussia will last till summer 2017 and the sides haven’t agreed on prolonging the term of the contract. As reported earlier, Manchester United paid 42.5 mln for the Armenian footballer. Mkhitaryan will sign a 4-year contract with the English club, his annual salary amounting to 12 mln euro.
During the 52 matches of the last season, Mkhitaryan authored 23 goals and 29 goal assists.
