Euro 2016: Gareth Bale named Man of the Match

Welsh footballer Gareth Bale has been named the best player of the 1/8 final match between Wales and Northern Ireland, the UEFA website reports.

In the match held in Parc des Princes stadium, the halfback of Real Madrid played for 90 minutes and exactly after his cross the defender of the Northern Ireland squad and English West Bromwich, Gareth McAuley, scored an own goal.

In the quarter-final, Wales will encounter with the winner of Hungary vs. Belgium match.
