Euro 2016: Switzerland defeats Albania in “brothers’ battle”

Switzerland defeated Albania 1-0 in the second game of Group A.

Hoffenheim defender Fabian Scahr scored the only goal of the match.  Albania was active but Lorik Cana (Albania) received a second yellow card and was sent off.

This was the first match in the history of the European championships when two brothers – Granit Xhaka, and Taulant Xhaka – played against each other.
