UEFA fines Germany for neo-Nazi flag

The German Football Federation was fined €25 thousand for neo-Nazi flags hanged by German fans during the Denmark-Germany match in the group games of the EURO 2012, Goal.com reports.

Germany was fined for all the matches of the group games and the final fine amounted to €40 thousand. The members of FARE organization, fighting against racism in football, noticed and removed the neo-Nazi flags during the Germany – Denmark match after which sanctions were applied against Germany.
