2015 Ballon d’Or: Henrikh Mkhitaryan makes his selection
12:42 23 November, 2015The Football Federation of Armenia has issued the result of the voting by Armenia national football squad captain and Borussia Dortmund (BVB; Germany) midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan, in the 2015 International Federation of Association Football (FIFA) Ballon d’Or—the World Footballer of the Year award.
Accordingly, Mkhitaryan considers Argentina national team captain and FC Barcelona (Barça; Spain) forward Lionel Messi, and Barça manager Luis Enrique as the football player and coach, respectively, to have performed the best in the 2015 calendar year.
The 2015 FIFA Ballon d’Or Award ceremony will be held in Zurich, Switzerland, on January 11, 2016.
