YEREVAN. - Armenian Squad midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan (“Borussia” Dotmund) shared his impressions after the Euro-2016 qualifying match Armenia v. Denmark, as reported by Armenian News - NEWS.am Sport correspondent.

“Given the recent matches, one point is also a good result. We could win but unfortunately we didn’t capitalize on our relevant moments. I hope we’ll be able to win the last match and complete the qualifiers with a victory.

Taking the field, I try to help the team, no matter in which position I play. Of course, I feel better in the position of a “sub-defender.” But if the team has issues with the players, no choice is left.

Today we held a good match. One shouldn’t’t expect miracles from Armenia’s Squad. One should be a realist. During the second half, we created more [dangerous] moments, but weren’t lucky enough,” Mkhitaryan said.

Qualifying round match Armenia v. Denmark ended with the score 0-0.
