Agent Patrick McCabe, who represents the interests of Armenia national football squad and FC Spartak Moscow (Russia) forward Yura Movsisyan, stated that new Spartak manager Dmitry Alenichev views Movsisyan as an integral part of the club going forward, Championat reported citing the Tribune.

The new coach says [Movsisyan] is essential to his plans,” McCabe said. “[But] Yura remains hopeful that he can return to MLS [i.e. Major League Soccer] should the situation change.”

The Armenia international, before moving to Europe, had played for the Kansas City Wizards—now, Sporting Kansas City—, and the Real Salt Lake (USA).

The American press had written that Real Salt Lake are ready to start talks with Spartak and have their former player return.
