Henrikh Mkhitaryan expresses gratitude

Armenia national football squad and Borussia Dortmund (BVB; Germany) midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan did not leave unnoticed the fact that he was voted the best player of the German DFB-Pokal semifinals.   

The respective online voting was conducted by dfbpokal-walkoffame.de.

“Thank you very much! This was the achievement of the whole team,” the 26-year-old Armenia international wrote in his Facebook account.

The BVB had eliminated Bayern Munich in a penalty shootout of the German DFB-Pokal semifinals.
