Raúl: Messi is best player I ever played against
15:18 1 May, 2015Spain national football squad and FC Real Madrid former striker Raúl, who now plays at the New York Cosmos (USA), stated that Argentina national squad captain and FC Barcelona (Spain) forward Lionel Messi is the best player he has ever played against.
“I was lucky enough to play with Zinedine Zidane, Ronaldo, Luis Figo, Cristiano Ronaldo... But Messi is different.
“Messi makes everything look so easy, so effortless.
“When you watch him play, it’s almost as though you are watching him in the street playing with his mates,” Goal.com quoted 37-year-old Raúl as saying.
