Albania football fans try provoking Armenia supporters by waving Turkey flags

The Albanian national football squad fans attempted to provoke the Armenian supporters at Sunday’s Euro 2016 qualifier between host nation Albania and the guests, Armenia, by waving Turkish national flags and making offensive chants.

The Albanian police and stadium staff, however, prevented a possible clash between the fans.

The Armenian football supporters had brought along a sign devoted to the centenary of the Armenian Genocide.
