Istanbul Armenian becomes European Chess Champion

YEREVAN. – Twenty-one-year-old Istanbul Armenian Ari Kiremitciyan (Turkey) became the European Amateur Chess Champion in the continental championship that was held in Eretria, Greece.

Kiremitciyan garnered 8 points out of 9 possible points, Armchess reported.
