Riga chess open: Armenia’s Melkumyan is current leader

YEREVAN. – Grandmaster (GM) Hrant Melkumyan (Armenia) has tallied 5 points after five rounds, and he leads the chess open that is held in the Latvian capital city Riga.In the last round, Melkumyan defeated International Master (IM) Inigo Argandona (Spain), and with black figures.  

 The tournament will wrap up on Sunday, Armchess reported.
