Frank Lampard to sign contract with American club

Former Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard will sign a contract with New York City next week, BBC reported.

England's 36-year-old player will be the second newcomer of the club after David Villa.

Lampard has been playing for Chelsea since 2001 and has won 13 trophies so far.
