Armenian chess masters to compete in European Women’s Championship

The European Women’s Individual Chess Championship will be held from July 6 to 17 in Plovdiv, Bulgaria.

Armenia’s leading chess players GM Elina Danielian, WGM Lilit Mkrtchian, WGM Lilit Galojan, WGM Maria Kursova, and Shushanna Sargsyan also will compete at the event.

This tournament will be the Armenian top female chess masters’ last competition before the 41st World Chess Olympiad 2014, which will kick off on August 2 in Tromsø, Norway.
