Taekwondo championship of Armenia gets underway

YEREVAN. – The Taekwondo Championship of Armenia kicked off in capital city Yerevan. 

A total of 53 athletes representing clubs from the capital and the regions will vie for the champion’s titles.   

The 16-20-year-old fighters will compete in the 54 kg, 58 kg, 63 kg, 74 kg, 80 kg, and +87 kg weight categories.

The top performers will join the national taekwondo team of Armenia.
