Buffon likely to prolong contract with Juventus

Juventus goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon is close to prolonging his contract with the Italian club which expires in 2013.

Earlier player’s agent said the sides would hold talks in the next few weeks. It is not excluded that a new agreement will be signed this May.

The club will reportedly increase goalkeeper’s salary which makes 6 million euro at the moment, Tuttosport reports.
