Russian national hockey team goalie is robbed at airport

MOSCOW. – Andrey Makarov, the goalie of Russia’s national youth ice hockey squad, was robbed at Sheremetyevo Airport in Moscow. 

The goalie’s bag, which contained money and documents, was stolen, the Ice Hockey Federation of Russia informs asking for the return of the bag, or at least of Makarov’s passport.  

To note, Andrey Makarov, together with the rest of the Russian team, will compete at the world championships that will be held in Ufa, Russia, from December 26 to January 6.
