Famous Bulgarian football player and current Litex Lovech manager Hristo Stoichkov is accused of threatening a referee.

Stoichkov had a rude telephone conversation with the referee Bogomil Marinov who had judged the Litex - Slavia match.

The manager’s reaction came after the referee showed the second yellow card to the Litex forward Marcelo Nicasio, while the after-play video proved it was a mistake. In addition, Litex defeated Slavia 1-0.

However, the manager claims it is a speculation, bsport.bg portal reports quoting Stoichkov.
