Serie A: Inter defeat Lazio in Rome

Current leaders Inter Milan were hosted in Rome by last season’s runners-up, Lazio, in 16th round of the Italian Serie A, and they won 2-0.

The former captain of the Armenian national football team, midfielder Henrikh Mkhitaryan was in the starting team of Inter and played the entire match.

Inter lead the current Serie A standings, with 41 points, and are 4 points ahead of second-place Juventus. Lazio are eleventh, with 21 points.
