Europa Conference League: West Ham beat AZ Alkmaar, Basel defeat Fiorentina (VIDEOS)

The first leg of the semifinals was played in the UEFA Europa Conference League.

Fiorentina hosted Basel, but lost 1-2 (video).

West Ham United played at home against AZ Alkmaar and won 2-1 (video).

The second leg of the semifinals is slated for May 18.

The Europa Conference League final will be played on June 7 in Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic.
