La Liga: Real play goalless draw Betis, are 9 points behind Barca

Reigning champions Real Madrid were hosted by Real Betis in the 24th round of the Spanish La Liga, and they settled for a goalless draw.

In the 12th minute, Real's French striker Karim Benzema scored a goal; but after the VAR's indication, a handball was recorded.

Real are second, with 53 points, in the current La Liga standings, and 9 points behind the leaders, Barcelona. Betis are fifth, with 41 points.
