Zach Bogosian avoids suspension

The leadership of NHL decided not to discipline Winnipeg Jets defenceman Zach Bogosian.

During the Sunday match against Carolina Hurricanes, Bogosian made a heavy check on Andreas Nodl, Winnipeg Free Post reports.

Bogosian played only 11 minutes in his first game after returning from five-game break due to an injury. It is the second time the player’s behavior is considered by the NHL.
